WHEREAS this Council deems it advisable to adjust the salary
of the Superintendent of Elgin Hanor.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County
of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. 'rnA'r Clause (2) of By-Law No. 1729, as amended by By-
Law No. 1949 be deleted, and the following substituted therefore:
"'l'HAT the said Ivan J. Patterson shall be paid a salary
of Eight Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars $8,250.00} per
annum, payable semi-monthly.
2. THAT By-La\'1 No. 1949 be, and the same is hereby repealed.
3. 'fHAT this By-Law shall 'take effect on December 31st,
1967, at 12 O~c10ck midnight.
READ a First Time this 22nd day of November, 1967.
READ a Second Time this 22nd day of November, 1967.
READ a Third Time, and finally passed this 22nd day
of November, 1967.
