Inspector and Tree Commissioner. "
THE COUNCIL of the Corporation of the County of
Elgin enacts as folJ.ows:
(1) THAT the remuneration of Mr. Claybourne Gordon
as County Weed Inspector and Tree Commissioner be $2.00

per heur effective January 1st, 1,968.
(2) THA~ effective January 1st, 1968, Mr. Gordon be
paid mileage rates for the use of his car when engaged
in the duties of his office as Weed Inspector or Tree
Commissioner in accordance with the following schedule:
0 - 5,000 miles .14¢ per mile
5,000 - 10,000 miles .07¢ per mile
Over - 10,000 miles .05¢ per mile
(3) THAT By-Laws No, 1721 and 1777 be amended accor-
dingly,
(4) 'fHAT By-Law Ne. 1895 be and is hereby repealed.
READ a First time this 20th day of March, 1968.
READ a Second time this 20th day of March, 1968.
READ a Third time and finally passed this 20th day of
March, 1968.
