WHEREAS By-Law No. 1928 deals with the appointment and
remuneration of a~ Assistant Road Superintendent for the County of
Elgino
AND WlmREAS By-Law No. 1928 is presently amended by
By-~,aw No, 1994.
ANDW'HEREAS it is now deemed advisable to change the salary
of the Assistant; Road Superintendent for the Coun'ty of Elgin.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County
of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. THAT Clause (2) of By-Law No. 1928 as amended by By-Law No.
1994 be deleted and the following substituted therefore.
"THAT his salary be 'fen Thousand, Nine Hundred and Twenty
Dollars ($10,920,00) per year payable bi-weekly.
2. THAT By-Law No. 1994 be and the same is hereby repealed.
3. 'fRAT this By-Law shall become effective on December 31st,
1968, at 12 o'clock midnight.
READ a first time this 20th day .of November, 1968 .
RBAD a secònd time this 20th day of November, 1968,
READ a third time and finally passed this 20th day of
November, 1968.
