Dear Mr. Tyson, Further to our telephone oonversation of last week, I am enclosing herewi"t;h two oopies or County of Ingin By-Law No. 2059 whioh amends By-Law No. 1838 "A By-Law to Authorize Partioipation in the Ontario Munioipal Employees Retirement System." The purpose or By-Law No. 2059 is to make it possible for a new employee who was previously a member of the System to begin oontributions immediately without having to be employed for six months by the County of 81gin.
