THE COUNCIL of the Corperatien ..of the County of Elgin enacts as følløws: 1. THAT the salary of the administrator of the Elgin Ceunty Homø for the Aged be Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00) per annum, payable bi-weekly. 2. THAT all By-Laws inconsistent with this By-Law be, and the same are hereby repealed. 3. THAT this By-Law shall take effect on December 31st, 1968, at 12 o'clock midnight. READ a first time this 17th day of December, 1968. READ a second time this 17th day of December, 1968.
