I AND WHEREAS it is the intention of the Elgin County Council
that it shall be the duly appointed Elgin County Tree Com-
:1 missioner who shall have the authority to issue permits for

I' the removal of trees.

I NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County

II of Elgin enact~ as follows:
