"A BY-LAW TO CONFIRM BY-LAW No. 1775 OF THE TOWNSHI~OF
BAYHAlV!, BEING A BY-LAW TO STOP UP AND CLOSE AND SELL A
STREET Olt ALLEY, IN THE HAMLET OF RICHMOND."
W}ŒREAS the Council of the Township of Bayham on
the 6th day of December, 1972, A.D. did pass by-law 1775
to stop up and close and sell a street or alley in the
Hamlet of Richmond, in the Township of Bayham more parti-
cularly described in Schedule "A" which is hereunto annexed.
AND WlIEREAS pursuant to provisions of the Munici-
pal Act, the said Township By-Law shall not have any force
'until confirmed by a By-Law of the Council of the County in
which the Township is situate, passed at an ordinary meeting
of the Council held not later than one year after the passing
of the By-Law of the Council of the Township.
AND WHEREAS application has been made to the Council
of the Corporation of the County of Elgin for a By-Law con-
firming the said Township By-Law.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of
the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. THAT By-Law No. 1775 of the Township of Bayham,
being a by-law to stop up and close and sell a street or alley,
in the Hamlet of Richmond, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
READ a first time this 20th day of December, 1972.
READ a second time this 20th day of December, 1972.
READ a third time and finally passed this 20th day of
December, 1972.

'rhe street or alley lying and being
situate in the Hamlet of Richmond according to

Plan No. 22 more particularily described as
follows:-
Commencing at the north east corner
of Lot No. 13 on the south side of Talbot Road;
Thence south easterly along the southerly limit
of said Talbot Road a distance of 61.38 feet to
the north west corner of Lot No. 12; Thence
south easterly along the westerly boundary of
said Lot No. 12 a distance of 132.0 feet; Thence
north westerly a distance of 61.38 feet to the
south east corner of Lot No. 13; Thence north
easterly a distance of 132 feet more or less along
the easterly boundary of said Lot No. 13 to the
place of beginning.
