By-Law No. 2245
-'BEING A BY-LA\lJ TO AMEND BY-LAW No. 2187 THEREBY
ADJUSTING 'THE REMUNERATION OF TtΠCOUNTY OF ELGIN
TREE CO¡V¡¡V¡ISSIONER."
WHEREAS By-La,,! No. 2187 deals with the appointment
and remuneration of the Tree Conmissioner for the
County of Elgin.
AND \~jEREAS it is now deemed advisable to change
the present rate of remuneration of the said Tree
Commissioner.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipal Corpora-
tion of the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. THAT Clause (2) of By-Law No. 2187 be
deleted and the following substituted
therefore:
"That his remuneration shall be $3.00
per hour while engaged in his duties
and thirteen cents (.13¢) per mile for
the use of this car."
2. THAT this By-Law shall become effective
on December 24th, 1972.
3. THAT By-Law No. 2225 be and is hereby
repealed.
READ a first time this 21st day of February, 1973.
READ a second time this 21st day of February, 1973.
READ a third time and finally passed this 21st day
of February, 1973
