By-Law No. 2274
"BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW No. 2231, THEREBY
ADJUSTING THE SALARY OF THE ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR
FOE) THE ELGIN COUNTY HOME FOR THE AGED".
WHEREAS By-Law No. 2231 deals with the
appointment and remuneration of an Assistant Admi-
nistrator for the Elgin County Home for the Aged.

AND WHEREAS By-Law No. 2231 is presently
amended by By-Law No. 2256.
AND v~~EREAS it is deemed advisable to
change the present salary of the Assistant Admini-
strator.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corpora-
tion of the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. THAT Clause (2) of By-Law No. 2231, as
amended by By-Law No. 2256, be deleted
and the following substituted therefore:
"That his salary as Assistant Adminis-
trator be Nine Thousand, Dollars ($9,000.00
per annum, payable bi-weekly".
2. THAT By-Law No. 2256 be and the same is
hereby repealed.
3, THAT this By-Law become effective
January 1, 1974.
READ a first time this 19th day of September, 1973
READ a second time this 19th day of September, 1973
READ a third time and finally passed this 19th day
of September, 1973
