'l'HE !tEMUNERATIUN TO BE PAID TO THE 1tU\RDEN OF THE

WHEIŒAS By-Law No. 2243 provides for the
remunera,tion to be paid the Warden of the County of
Elgin.
AND WHEIŒAS the Council deems that the
mileage rate should be cha,nged.
NOW THEltEFORE the Council of the Corporation
of the County of Elgin enacts as follolvs:
1. THAT By-Lm, No. 2243 be amended by deleting
clause (2) a,nd suhsti tuting therefore
the following:
"That in addition to the annual remuneration
established in Clause (l) the Warden shall
be paid the usual convention expenses allowed
by Council for attending conventions outside
the municipality plus (.15¢) per mile for
each mile travelled in attending meetings
of County Council, County Council Commit-
tee meetings and meetings of Local Boards
in which the County of Elgin is involved."
