By-Law No, 2289
"BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A LAND DIVISI0N CO¡V¡¡V¡ITTEE"
WHEREAS Section 30 of The Planning Act provides
for the constitution and appointment of a Land Division
Committee.
NOW THEREFORE, The Council of the Corporation
of the County of Elgin enacts as follwws:
1. THAT a Land Division Committee is hereby cons-
tituted and the following persons are hereby
appointed to membership on the said Committee.
Walter D. Nelson - to hold office until January 1, 1975.
Donald M. McKillop - to hold office until January 1, 1976.
Harold G. Charlton - to hold office until January 1, 1976.
A. Bruce McCallum - to hold office until January 1, 1977.
Frank Stubbs - to hold office until January 1, 1977.
2. THAT the members of the Land Division Committee
be paid $25.00 per meeting and 15¢ for each mile
necessarily travelled in attending such meetings.
3. In addition to the above a member of the Land
Division Committee be paid $10.00 for each ap-
plication which he investigates.
4. THAT By-Law No. 2229 be and the same is hereby
repealed.
READ a first time this 19th day of December, 1973.
READ a second time this 19th day of December, 1973.
READ a third time and finally passed this 19th day
of December, 1973.
