"BEING A BY-LAW TO ¡\PPOINT A TREE COlVliVIISSIONER FOR 'rHJ;;
COUNTY OF ELGIN."
WHEREAS By-Law No. 2187 of the County of Elgin provides
for the appointment of officers to enforce the By-Law.
THE CORPORATION OF THE COUN1Y OF ELGIN enacts as follows
1. Tha,t Mr. Jackson Ba.ker, Aylmer, Ontario is hereby
appointed Tree Commissioner for the County of Elgin.
2. That his remuneration shall be $3.50 per hour
while engaged in his duties and thirteen cents (.13¢) per
mile for the use of his car.
3. 'fha,t By-Laws No. 2187, 2225, 2245, 2285 be and
the same are hereby repealed.
