"BEING .iJ. BY -LAW TO ESTABLISH THE APPORTIONMENT OF COUNTY RATE
F01~ THE COUNTY OF ELGIN FOR THE YEAli: 1975/'
WHEREAS under Section 72(5) of The Assessment Act, the Council
of a County ma.y by by-law passed before the 1st day of October,
ma.ke an apportionment for county rates for the next year that
is just and equitable;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the County of Elgin wishes to make
such an apportionment;
NOW 111EREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the County of
Elgin enacts as follows:
1RAT the following be the apportionment of the County Rate for
the County of Elgin for the year 1975:
