permit him to pay in full the fees for such services (ap-
proved cost of visit), in which case the Municipality will
pay the Order for each visit by a purse, the then prevailing
approved cost of visit, but no such payment shall be made
or demanded until;
(a) the payment of such fees 'has been approved on
behalf of the Municipality as contemplated by
the Act and Regulations; and
(b) the Order has complied with all provisions of
the said Act and Regulations so that the Muni-
cipality is entitled to be,reimbursed in respect
of such payment as provided by' the said Act and
Regulations.
4. In the event that following the expiration of
each twelve month period the approved cost of visit is in-
creased or decreased such increase or decrease being approved
by the Ministry, the Municipality,after receiving the approval
of the Ministæy, shall pay to the Order as a thirteenth pay-
ment for the applicable calendar year the aggregate of the
increase in approved cost of visit over the original approved
cost of visit for the total number of visits made during the
twelve month period, provided further that should such
revision result in a decrease in the approved cost of visit
the order shall reimburse the Municipality for any surplus
funds, provided however that the paymehts fuäde ~ursúånt
hereto by the Municipality entitle the Municipality to be
reimbursed in respect of such payment under the provisions
of the said Act and Regulations.
5. The Order undertake,s to execute such forms and
documents as may be réquire~'bY the Act or the Regulations
to enable the Municipa).ity to receive reimbursE1ments on
account of such services or as may be otherwise required by
