As required by Section 42 of the Hig'h1lmy Improvement
Act, bein<J Chapter 201 of the 11evised Statutes of Ontario,
1970, The Elgin County Council enacts:
1- 'I'HAT the following five members of this Council
constitute a Committee for the purpose of directing the ,\Tork
to be done on the County !toad System:
M. J\. Schafer for term of one year
1. II. Carroll for term of two years
V'I. I~. Caverly for term of three years
D. K. Cook for term of four years
J. B. Wilson for term of five years
2. 'I'HJ.\'l' By-Law No. 2292 be a.nd is hereby repealed.
