WmìI-IEA~3 By-Law No. 1696 deal¡¡ with the appointment
¡md remuneration of a Road Superintendent for the County of
Elgin.
AND WHEIŒAS By-Law No. 1696 is presently amended by
By-Law No. 2269.
AND VIHEI-IEAS it is now deemed advisable to change
the present salary of the Elqin County I~oad Superintendent.
NO\'J TIUmEFOIm the Council of the Municipal Corporation
of the County of Elqin enacts as follows:
1- THAT Cla.use (4) of By-Law No. 1696, as
amended by By-La.w No. 2269, be deleted,
a.nd the following" substituted therefore:
"That the salary or remuneration of the
Road Superintendent shall be a.s follows
and be pa.yable bi -weekly;
Effective Jan.l/75 I{¡ay 1/75 Sept. 1/75
----
R,'!te Per Annum $25,200.00 $25,600.00 $26,000.00
Plus the use of a County car. "
2. T'IIAT By-La.w No. 2269 be, and the same is hereby
repealed.
3. THAT this By-Law shall take effect on January 1, 1975.
