YIHErIEA:J Section 11 (1) of tl1,e Homes for the Aged and
I(est Homes Act provides that a Council may appoint, as adminis-
trator of a Home for the Aged, a person who has in the opinion
of the Minister served satisfactorily as an administrator for
a period of ¡It least six months and has successfully completed
a course of instruction that is approved by the Minister.

above mentioned requirements iJS provided by Order-in-Council
O.C. - 2755/H, dated October 23, 1971.
NO\'i TJUŒEFOIÐì, the Council of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin enacts as follows:
'llJAT Mr. Fred J. Boyes be and is hereby appointed
Administrator of the Elgin County Home for the l\.ged.
