WHEIIEAS By-La.w No. 2208 of the County of Elgin provides
for the appointment of officers to enforce the By-Law.

1. THNl' Mr. Jackson Baker, Aylmer, Ontario, is hereby
appointed 'l'ree Commissioner for the County of Elgin.
2. THAT his remuneration shall be as follows:

3. TH/IT he be paid the following rates for the use of
his car:
o - 5,000 miles .18¢ per mile
over 5,000 miles .15qj per mile.

5. THAT By-Law No. 2310 be and the same is hereby repealed,
