6th Day of August, 1974, A.D. did pass By-Léi"; No. 1831 to stop
up and Glose and sell a' road allowance between Lots 113 - 114

more Piuttcularly described in By-Law No. 1831 of the Tovmship
of Bayham, a true copy of which is hereunto annexed.

AND vvHEI<EAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Act the 'sa.id Township By-La."; shall not héive any force until
confirmed by a By-Law of the Council of the County in which the
Tovmship is situated, passed at a.n ordinary meeting of the Council
held not later than one year after the passing of the By-La.w by
the Council of the Township.
AND VJHEF'EAS'applica.tion has been méide to the Council
of '. the Corporation of the County of Elgin for a By-Law confirming
the said, Tovmship of Bayham By~Law.
