"I'fHEEEAS the Council of the Village of Dutton on the
1st Day of October, 1974, did pass By-Law 1'19. 819 to stop up
and enter into an agreement with Mrs. Hilda Crawford, to sell
part of Peter Street road allowa.nce a.s shown on Plan 104, Village
of Dutton more particularly described in By-Law No. 819 of the
Village of Dutton, a. true copy of which is hereunto a.nnexed.
AND WHEIIEAS pursuant to the provisions of the Municip¿¡J
Act the said Village By-Law sha11 not have any force until con-
firmed by ¿j By-Law of the Council of the County in which the
Village is si tUi'¡ted, passed at an ordinary meeting of the Council
held not later than one year after the passing of the By-Lml
of the Council of the Village.
AND VnJEllE1\.S application has been made to the Council
of the Corporation of the County of Elgin for a By-Law confirming
the said Village of Dutton By-Law.

County of Elgin enacts a.s follows:
THAT By-Law No. 819 of the Village of Dutton, being a
By-Lclw to stop up and enter into an agreement to sell part of
Peter [3treet be and the same is hereby confirmed.
IIEAD a first time this 19th day of February, 1975.
Ii'El\.D a second time this 19th day of February, 1975.
Ii'EAD a third time and finally pa.ssed this 19th day of February, 1975.

A By-law to stop up part of Peter Street road allowance as shown
on Plan 104, Village of Dutton and to enter tnto an agreement with
Mrs. Hilda Crawford of the Vi Ue,ge of Dutton !bO sell said parcel of
land.
WHEREAS This Council desires to and is empowered to provide for
stopping up that pa.rt of Peter Street road allowance which is
hereinafter described under the provisions of the Municipal Act
R.S.O. 1970 Chpt. 284 Sec. 44' Sub.-sec. 1 (c) & (d) and to enter
tnto an agreement with Mrs. Hilda Cra.wford for the s!.'\le of the

~ AND WHEREAS notices of this intended By-law have been published

~ and posted as required by the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970 Chpt. 284

~ 1. That the portion of Peter Street as shown on Plan 104, reg-

C~)Unty of Elgin and which may be more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at a point in the Northwest angle of Lot 1
in Bl.ock M as shown on Registered Plan 104, Thence Southwest along
the Southwest limit of Shackleton Street, a distance of Thirty-
three feet ())'); Thence Southeast along the Ea.sterly limi t of
Lot 1 in Block B, Plan 57. a distance of Sixty-six feet (66');
Thence Northwest parallel to theSouthwest limit of Shaokleton
Street Thirty-three.feet ()).); Thence Northwest along the
Southwest limit of Lot 1 in Block M, Plan 104 a dist nce of
Sixty-six feet (66') to the plece of beginning be stopped up.
2. That the Village of Dutton enter into en agrpement with
said Mrs. Hilda Crawford. to sell the said land for her use as
