day of April, 1975, did pass By-La.w No. 836 to aut):l.Orize the
stopping up or closing of a portion of the road allo~¡ance of Allan
Street in the Village of Dutton, more particularly described in
By-La.w No. 836 of the Village of Dutton, a true copy of which is
hereunto annexed.
AND WBEI/EAS pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Act, the sa.id Village By-La,v shall not have a.ny force until con-
firmed by a By-1mr of the Council of the County in which the
Villf.J.ge is situated, passed a.t a.n ordinary meeting of the Council
held not later than one year after the passing of the By-Law of
the Council of the Village.
AND WHEl(El\S applica.tion has been ma.de to the Council
of the Corporation of the County of Elgin for a By-Law confirming
the said Village of Dutton By-Law~
NOW 'l'HEfmFOIΠthe Council of the Corpora.tion of the
County of Elgin enacts as follows:
TIINL' By-Law No. 836 of the Village of Dutton, being a
By-Law to stop up or close a portion of the road a.llowance of
Allan Street in the Village of Dutton, be and the same is hereby
confirmed.

The Council.of the Village of Dutton respectfully request
that the County of Elgin pass a confirming by-law with respect to
the accompaning by-law of the Village of Dutton #836
I am sorry for any inconvenience I may cause to the County Council
but the Registry Office would not accept land description of the
property in a previous by-law # 824, so it was necessary for me to
prepare a D.'"," "- new by-law.
