TING AN ELGIN COUNTY HOME FOR THE AGED, PENDING THE COMPLETION

WHEREAS By-Law No. 2317 of the County of Elgin authorizes
the obta.ining of temporary advances in the amount of $1,400,000.00
to meet the cost of constructing an Elgin County Home for the Aged,
pending the completion thereof;
AND WHEIí'EAS it is apparent that the cost of constructing
an Elgin County Home for the Aged will exceed $1,400,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin enacts as follows:
That By-Law No. 2317 be amended by deleting the figure
of $1,400,000.00 wherever it appears in the said By-Law whether
shown in figures or written in full and substituting therefore the
amount of Two Million One Hundred and Three Thousand Dollars
($2,103,000.00).
