TO CONVEY LAND IN TfΠVILLAGE OF DUTTON TO !vIR. JOHN W. CROWE."
WHEIŒAS the Corporation of the County of Elgin has
agreed to sell to Mr. John W. Crowe lands not needed for road
allow[ince purposes in that Part of Lots 29 and 30, Block 16,
Registered Plan 149, Village of Dutton, for the sum of $11,500.00.
NOW THEIIEFOl'tE the Council of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin ena.cts as follows:
That the Warden and Clerk of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin a.re hereby authorized to sign a deed for the
following parcel:
JILL AND SINGULlm that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate, lying and being composed of all that Part
of Lots 29 and 30, Bloèk 16, I'tegistered Plan 149, in the Village
of Dutton, in the County of Elgin, and the Province of Ontario,
designated as Part 1 and Part 3 on a l'teference Plan deposited
in the Land tegistry Office for the Registry Division of the
County of Elgin as PlanllR-986.
