COUNTY OF ELGIN
By-Law No. 2440
"TO APPOINT A COUNTY ROAD COMMITTEE."
As required by Section 42 of the Highway Improvement
Act, being Chapter 201 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario,
1970, the Elgin County Council enacts:
l. THAT the following five memb~rs of this Council
constitute a Committee for the purpose of directing the work
to be done on the County Road System:
L. R. Carroll for term of one year
J. B. Wilson for term of two years
W. R. Caverly for term of three years
S. G. Glover for term of four years
D. K. McLean for term of five years.

2. THAT By-Law No. 2397 be and is héreby repealed.
READ a first time this 19th day of Ja.nuary, 1977.
READ a second time this 19th day of January, 1977.
READ a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January, 1977.
