WHE]~EAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Elgin
deems it advisable to make grants to certain organizations, corpora tions,
institutions, etc. ;
NOW 'rHEREFOI~E the Council of the Corporation of the County of
Elgin enacts as follows:
