NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin enacts as follows

the Corporation of the County of Elgin for a By-Law
said Township of Southwold By-Law.

Act the said Township By-Law shall not have any force until confirmed
by a By-Law of the Council of the County in which the Township is
situated, passed at an ordinary meeting of the Council held not
later than one yea.r after the passing of the By-Law by the Council
of the Township.
\~¡EREAS the Council of the Township of Southwold on the
4th day of April, 1977, A.D. did pass By-Law No. 77-11 to stop up
part of the original road, allowance (River Road) between Lots 14
and 15, Range 2 North of the Lake Road, lying and being si tua.ted in
the 'fownship of Southwold more particularly described in By-La"
No. 77-11 of the Township of Southwold, a true copy of which is
hereunto annexed.

A By-law to stop up part of the original
road allowance (River Road) between
Lots 14 & 15 Range 2 North of the Lake Road
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHWOLD ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described road allowance in the
Township of Southwold shall be and the same is
hereby stopped-up:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate, lying and being in the Township
of Southwold in the County of Elgin and being that
part of the original road allowance (River Road) between
Lots 14 & IS Range 2 North of the Lake Road lying
North of the North limit of the Road established in
1834 by by-law 97 Board of Quarter Session and South
of the South limit of the Road allowance. between Range
2 South of Union Road and Range 2 North of the Lake Road.
READ THREE TIMES AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 4th day of April, 1977.
