DEED TO CONVEY LAND IN THE VILLAGE OF DUTTON TO E. P. FINANCIAL
DEVELOPMENTS LTD."
WHEIŒl\.S the Corporation of the County of Elgin has
agreed to sell to E. P. Financial Developments Ltd. lands not
needed for road allowance purposes, beihgcomposed of Pa.rt of
unsubdivided Part of Lot 12, Concession A, Village of Dutton,
for the sum of $7,000.00.
NOW 1REREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin enacts as follows:
'rhat the Wa.rden and Clerk of the Corporation of
the County of Elgin are hereby authorized to sign a deed for
the following parcel:
ALL AND SINGULA];: that parcel or tract of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Village of Dutton, in
the County of Elgin, a.nd Province of Ontario, and being composed
of Pé¡rt of unsubidivided Part of Lot 12, Concession A, and being
more particularly designated as Part 6 on a Pla.n deposited as
]~eferrence PaIn llR986 for the County of Elgin.
READ a first time this 18th day of May, 1977.
