DEED TO CONVEY LAND IN TBE VILLAGE OF DUTTON TO PATRICIA E.
WALSH AND E. P. FINANCIAL DEVELOPMENTS LTD."
WBEREAS the Corporation of the County of Elgin has
agreed to sell to Patricia E. Walsh and E. P. Fina.ncial Develop-
ments Ltd. lands not needed for road allowance purposes being composed
of Part of Lot 31, Block 16, Registered Plan 149 and Part of the
unsubdivided Part of Lot 12, Concession A, in the Village of Dutton,
for the sum of $7,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin enacts as follows:
That the Warden and Clerk of the Corporation of the
County of Elgin are hereby authorized to sign a deed for the
following parcel:
ALL AND SINGULAR that parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying a.nd being in the Village of Dutton, in the
County of Elgin,and Province of Ontario, and being composed of
Part of Lot 31, Block 16, Registered Plan 149 and Pa.rt of the
unsubdivided Pa.rt of Lot 12, Concession A, and being more particu-
la.rly designated as Part 5 on a Plan deposited as Reference Plan
llR986 for the County of Elgin.
READ a first time this 18th day of May, 1977.
