COUNTY OF ELGIN
By-Law No. 2499
"TO APPOIgT A COUNTY ROAD COMMITTEE.'~
As required by Section 42 of the Highway Improvement
Act, being Chapter 201 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1970,
the Elgin County Council enacts:
l. THAT the following five members of this Council
constitute a Committee for the purpose of directing the work to
be done on the County Road System:
R. A. Green for term of one year
J. 'vI. Campbell for term of two years
R. T. Bradfield for term of three years
D. K. Cook for term of four years
D. K. McLean for term of five years.
2. THAT By-Law No. 2440 be and is hereby repealed.
READ a first time this 18th day of January, 1978.
READ a second time this 18th day of January, 1978.
READ a third time and finally passed this 18th day of January, 1978.
