"BEING A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH A PAY SCHEDULE FOR EMPLOYEES COVERED BY
'JiHE JOB EVALUATION SCALE, OTHER THAN CER'l'AIN ROADS DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES."
WHEREAS the County of Elgin engaged the firm of Stevenson &
Kellogg Ltd., Management Consultants, to undertake a job evaluation,
salary survey and make recommendations in regard to positions not
covered by collective agreements.
NOW THEREFORE the following schedules be and are hereby
adopted:
