By-Law No. 80- 21
'BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A TREE COMMISSIONER FOR THE COUNTY
OF ELGIN."
WHEREAS By-Law No. 79-38 of the County of Elgin
provides for the appointment of officers to enforce the
By-Law.
THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ELGIN enacts as
follows:
l. THAT Mr. Jackson Baker, Aylmer, Ontario, is hereby
appointed Tree Commissioner for the County of Elgin.
2. THAT his remuneration shall be as follows:
January 1/79 $6.26 per hour
April 1/ 80 $6.95 per hour.
3. THAT he be paid the rates established for other
County Employees for the use of his car while on county
business.
4. THAT By-Laws No. 2351 and 2553 be and the same are
hereby repealed.
READ a first time this 26th day of March, 1980.
READ a second time this 26th day of March, 1980.
READ a third time and finally passed this 26th day of March, 1980.
