BEING A BY~LAWCONSENTING TO THE STOPPING UP AND CLOSING OF
A ROAD ALLOWANCE ", IN tHE:' TOWNSHIP OF' J3AYHAM. 11
WHEREAS notice has been received by registered mail
from the Township of Bayham indicating their intention to pass
a by-law to stop up and close a road allowance as set out below
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
and premises, situate, lying and being in the Township of
Bayham, in the County öf Elgin, and Province of Ontario being
composed of all those parts of the North-Easterly 1/2 of King
Street and the North-Westerly 1/2 of Front Street, in the
said Township, lying between the Southerly production of the
Easterly limit of Marr Street and the South-Easterly produc-
tion of the Time between Blocks A and H, Plan 54; and
WHEREAS the County of Elgin has no objection to the
said passing of the by-law.
THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation
of the County of Elgin consents to the passing of a by-law,
stopping up and closing the road allowance described above.
READ a first time this 16th day of April, 1980.
READ a second time this 16th day öf April, 1980.
READ a third time and finally passed this 16th day of April 1980
