COUNTY OF ELGIN
By-Law No. 80-58
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT AN ASSISTANT ENGINEER FOR THE
COUNTY OF ELGIN."
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to appoint an
Assistant Engineer for the County of Elgin.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corpora-
tion of the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. That Mr. Robert E. Davies be, and is hereby
appointed Assistant Engineer for the County of
Elgin.
2. That he be paid the rates established for other
County employees for the use of his car while on
County business.
3. That this by-law shall become effective January 5th
1981.
READ a first time this 11th day of December 1980.
READ a second time this 11th day of December 1980.
READ a third time and finally passed this 11th day of December 1980.
