By-Law No. 80-62
"BEING A BY-LAW CONSENTING TO THE STOPPING UP OF A ROAD
ALLOWANCE WITHIN LOT 22, CONCESSION 7, TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH
DORCHESTER."
WHEREAS notice has been received, by personal ser-
vice, from the Township of South Dorchester, indicating their
intention to pass a by-law to stop-up, and sell, part of the
road allowance, described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of
land situate, lying and being in the Township of South
Dorchester, in the County of Elgin, in the Province of Ontario
and being composed Part of the Road Allowance known as Caesar
Road opened and established by By-Law #CXLII, District of
London, located within Lot 22, Concession 7, Township of South
Dorchester, being the portion designated as Part 2 on a
Reference Plan, registered in the Registry Office for the
Registry Division of Elgin (No. 11) on November 17, 1980 as
Plan llR-2l78; and
WHEREAS the County of Elgin has no objections to the
said passing of the by-law.
THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation
of the County of Elgin consents to the passing of a by-law,
stopping up and selling the road allowance as described above.
READ a first time this 11th day of December, 1980.
READ a second time this 11th day of December, 1980.
READ a third time and finally passed this 11th day of December, 1980.

Township of South Dorchester
THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH DORCHESTER
PROPOSES TO PASS A BY-LAW AUTHORIZING:
l. The following described road allowances in the Township of
South Dorchester shall be and the same are hereby stopped-up:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land
situate,lying and~eing in the Township of South
Dorchester, in the County of Elgin, in the Province
of Ontario and being composed of Part of the Road
Allowance between the Townships of North Dorchester
and South Dorchester, located within Lot 22, Concession 7
Township of South Dorchester, being that portion
designated as Part 2 on a Reference Plan, registered
in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Elgin (No. 11) on November 17th, 1980 as Plan llR-2l78.
2. That the road allowances so stopped-up shall thereafter
be sold to the owner whose land abuts such allowances on both
sides. The purchase price shall be other good and valuable
consideration and the sum of $2.00.
3. That a meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of South Dorchester to hear in person or by his
counsel, solicitor or agent any person who applies to be heard
and who claims that his land will be prejudicially affected
by this by-law shall be held in the Township Office at Lyons
Ontario (4 miles North of Aylmer) on Monday, the 15th day of
December, 1980 at the hour of 1:30 o'clock in the afternoon.
