81-13 COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 8l~13 ,.': "BEING A BY-LAW CONSENTING TÒ THE STOPPING UP AND CLOSING OF ROAD ALLOWANCES IN THE TOWNSHIP OF MALAHIDE." WHEREAS notice has been received from the Township of Malahide, indicating their intention to pass a by-law to stop up and close original road allowances, lOcated in Port Bruce, opposite County Road #24, in Lot 4, Concession 1 Registered Plan 227, more particularly described on Schedule 'A' attached and forming part of this by-law; and WHEREAS the County of Elgin has no objections to the passing of the by-law. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Elgin consents to the passing of a by-law, stopping up and closing the road allowances as described on Schedule "A".
