The owner of a vehicle that is (parked, stopped or left
standing) in contravention of this By-Law is guilty of
an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine of not
more than Twenty Dollars for the first offence and not
more than One Hundred Dollars for every subsequent
offence, exclusive of costs, and all such penalties
shall be recoverable under the Summary Convictions Act;
unless the owner proves to the satisfaction of the court
that at the time of the offence the motor vehicle was in
the possession of another person without the owner's
consent, expressed or implied
Every person who contravenes this By-Law is guilty of an

When proper signs have been erected and are on display
no person shall park a vehicle on the highways or parts
of highways hereinafter set on Schedule "A" attached
hereto

Vehicle includes a motor vehicle, trailer, traction
ëñgIñë: farm tractor, roadbuilding machine and vehicle
drawn, propelled or driven by any kind of power, includ-
ing muscular power, but does not include motorized snow
vehicles, cars of electric or steam railways running
only upon rails
Street or Highway includes a common or public highway,
street, avenue, parkway, driveway, square, place, bridge
viaduct or trestle, designed and intended for, or used
by, the general public for the passage of vehicles
For the purpose of this By-Law,
Park or Parking, when prohibited, means the standing of
a vehicle whether occupied or not except when standing
temporarily for the purpose of and while actually
engaged in the loading or unloading or merchandise or
passengers

l. County Road #2 is Main Street within the Village of
West Lorne.
2. When proper signs have been erected and are on display
no person shall park a vehicle on the highway known as
County Road #2 -
(a) From 11:00 P.M. (standard time) to 7:00 A.M
(standard time) the following morning from
December 1 of any year to March 31 of the
following year
