REMUN12SATION PAID TO MEMBERS OF THE-.!::AN.!LDIVISION--ºOMMITTEE~
WHEREAS By-Law No. 81-64 presently appoints Members
of the Land Division Committee and sets forth remuneration,
etc., to be paid for services rendered; and
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to alter the rates
being paid to each Member.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corpora-
tion of the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. That Clause 2 of By-Law No. 81-64 be amended by
deleting subsections (a) and (b) and substituting the
following:
(a) In attending a meeting of the Committee when
it is held in both the forenoon and afternoon
or evening of the same day - $65.00.
(b) For attending a meeting of the Committee when
it is held in either the forenoon, afternoon
or the evening - $40.00.
2. That this by-law become effective January 1st, 1982
READ a first time this 29th day of March, 1982.
READ a second time this 29th day of March, 1982.
READ a third time and finally passed this 29th day of March 1982
