WHEREAS with the construction of a common entrance, attached to both The Elgin Military Museum Inc. and The Elgin County Pioneer Museùm, it is necessary to execute a lease covering property owned by the County of Elgin and upon which the new common entrance is situated; and WHEREAS the lease shall cover the following described parcel: ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of lands and premises situate, lying and being in the City of St. Thomas, in the County of Elgin and being composed of part of Lot Two (2), South of Talbot Street, West of Pleasant Street, North of Centre Street"as shown on Registered Plan 1 for the City of St. Thomas and now more particularly designated as Part One (1) and Part Two (2) on a deposit Plan of Survey deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of the County of Elgin on the 10th day of February, 1982 as Plan llR-2392. Together with any buildings and improvements located thereon. THEREFORE the Warden and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign an agreement which leases the above-described property to The Elgin Military Museum Inc.
