WHEREAS certain positions are not covered by a collective agreement or other by-law; and WHEREAS it is necessary to establish rates of pay for these positions. NOW THEREFORE the following rates be, and are hereby adopted: 1- Registered Nurses - Effective October 1st, 1982 - $11.95 per hour Effective October 1st, 1983 - $12.55 per hour Plus a Day Shift Premium of 2l¢per hour Annual Clothing Allowance of $60.00 (paid quarterly). 2. TERRACE LODGE - Hourly Rates - Effective April 1st, 1983 - §.IAß:!: LYR. 2 Yß.:. 3 YR. --- Relief Cook Supervisor $8.61 $8.72 $8.82 $8.93 Plus Annual Clothing Allowance of $60.00 (paid quarterly) Recreation Director and Craft Supervisor $8.56 $8.66 $8.77 $8.87 3. That this By-Law become effective upon passing. 4. That By-Law No. 83-18 be, and the same is hereby repealed. READ a first time this 16th day of June 1983.
