84-25 i -- ~'..~--"_._--_..'--._- ----~ COUNTY OF ELGIN By-LAW No. 84-25 BEING A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH THE RATE OF PAY FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES IN THE HOMES FOR SENIOR CITIZENS." WHEREAS certain positions are not covered by a collective agreement or other by-law; and WHEREAS it is necessary to establish rates of pay for these positions. NOW THEREFORE the following rates be, and are hereby adopted: 1. Registered Nurses - Effective October 1st, 1982 - $11.95 per hour Effective October 1st, 1983 - $12.55 per hour Plus a Day Shift Premium of 2l¢ p~r hour Annual Clothing Allowance of $60.00 (paid quarterly). 2. TERRACE LQQQ§ - Hourly Rates - Effective April 1st, 1984 - START LY!h 2 YR. 3 YR. -- -- -- Relief Cook Supervisor $8.87 $8.98 $9.08 $9.20 Plus Annual Clothing Allowance of $60.00 (paid quarterly) Recreation Director and Craft Supervisor $8.82 $8.92 $9.03 $9,.14 3. That this by-law become effective upon passing. 4. That By-Law No. 83-28 be, and the same is hereby repealed. READ a first time this 20t~ day of June 1984.
