84-31 BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE WARDEN AND CLERK TO SIGN A DEED TO CONVEY LAND IN THE TOWNSHIP OF ALDBOROUGH TO THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF ALDBOROUGH." WHEREAS the Corporation of the County of Elgin has agreed to convey land to the Corporation of the Township of Aldborough, land no longer required and known as the "Old Rodney Garage". NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Elgin enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Warden and Clerk of the Corporation of the County of Elgin are hereby authorized to sign a deed for the following parcel - 'I ALL AND SINGULAR that certain tract o~land and premises situate, lying and being in the Towns ~p of Aldborough, in the County of Elgin and being composed of Part of Lot Seven (7), Gore Concession, and Part of Road Allow- ance between Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), Gore Concession, in the said Township, more particularly designated as Parts One (1) and Two (2) on a Reference Plan deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Elgin (No. 11) on the 22nd day of June 1984 as Plan llR-2620. READ a first time this 19th day of September, 1984. READ a second time this 19th day of September, 1984.
