85-21 COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 85-21 BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE WARDEN AND CLERK TO SIGN A DEED TO CONVEY LAND IN THE VILLAGE OF DUTTON JOINTLY TO THE CORPORATIONS OF THE VILLAGE OF DUTTON AND THE TOWNSHIP OF DUNWICH.II WHEREAS the Corporation of the County of Elgin has agreed to convey land jointly to the Corporations of the Village of Dutton and the Township of Dunwich, in the Village of Dutton, in order that they may have access to Currie Street from a new proposed fire hall. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the County of Elgin are hereby authorized to sign a deed for the follow- ing parcel - ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate lying and being composed of part of Lots 29 and 30, Block #16, Registered Plan #149 in the Village of Dutton in the County of Elgin in the Province of Ontario designated as Parts #2 and #4 on a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office, for the Registry Division of the County of Elgin as Plan #11R-986, READ å first time this 28th day of March 1985. Recently the Township of Dunwich and the Village of Dutton had purchased Parts #2 and #4 to place a fire hall on and have asked the County of Elgin to provide access to them from CUrrie Street. Road Committee has recommended to County Council that Parts #2 and #4 be sold to the Corporations of the Township of D~nwich and the Village of Dutton so that they may have access from Parts #2 and #4 to Count~Road #8 or Currie Street.
