COUNTY OF ELGIN
By-Law No. 85-45
"BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A SECRETARY-TREASURER OF THE ELGIN
COUNTY LAND DIVISION COMMITTEE."
WHEREAS it is necessary that a Secretary-Treasurer
be appointed for the Elgin County Land Division Committee.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corpora-
tion of the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. That Mrs. Susan D. Galloway be, and is hereby
appointed, Secretary-Treasurer of the Elgin County Land
Division Committee.
2. That this By-Law shall become effective retroactive
to August 6th, 1985.
3. That By-Law No. 85-37 be, and the same is hereby
repealed.
READ a first time this 12th day of September, 1985.
READ a second time this 12th day of September, 1985.
READ a third time and finally passed this 12th day of September. 1985.
