COUNTY OF ELGIN
By-Law No. 88-2
"BEING A BY~LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE WARDEN AND THE CLERK TO SIGN
A STANDARD ELGIN COUNTY LIBRARY MUNICIPAL LEASE WITH THE
VILLAGE OF WEST LORNE."
WHEREAS the terms under which facilities for County
Library purposes are being provided by the Village of
West LQrne have been reviewed and altered by County Council;
and
WHEREAS the said Village has indicated that they wish
to provide facilities on the basis of the new terms and condi-
tions~
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corpora-
tion of the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. That the Warden and the Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the "Standard Elgin County Library Municipal Lease"
with the Village of West Lorne to provide facilities for
Library purposes.
