all branch librarý employees, excluding students, plus they will
receive Statutory HOlidays as defined in the Employment Standards
Act.
BRANCH CLASSIFICATION
All branch libraries will be classified as nAil or IIBI!. IIA" class
libraries will be those libraries with an annual circulation of
over 30,000 volumes. As of this date, Aylmer and Port Stanley
libraries would be classified in the nAil category.
Branch libraries will be reclassified (upward or downward) when a
circulation change in another category is sustained for two years
in a row. For example a uBI! class branch library would be desig-
nated as an II A" class library if it sustains an annual level of
30,000 volumes over two consecutive twelve month periods. Branch
libraries could move from II All to IIBII if annual circulation falls
below 30,000 volumes over two consecutive twelve month periods.
