1. That the Warden and the Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign a "Consent and Waiver of Notice" under the Land Titles Act
with respect to the property owned by 756901 Ontario Limited,
adjacent to County Road #20 as described above, subject to
receipt by the County Clerk of a resolution of the County of
Elgin Road Committee that a satisfactory agreement has been
received from 756901 Ontario Limited and registered on Part of
Lot 11 and Lot 12, Registered Plan #117, Village of Port Stanley
in the Provincial Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Elgin and the County Treasurer has received a certified cheque
made payable to the County of Elgin from 756901 Ontario Limited
in the amount required by the County of Elgin Road Committee

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of
the County of Elgin enacts as follows:

WHEREAS the firm of "756901 Ontario Limited" has
requested the Corporation of the County of Elgin to sign a
"Consent and Waiver of Notice", under the Land Titles Act, with
respect to property adjacent to the boundaries of County Road #20
(Carlow Road) as shown on a Plan by I.C. McLaren Limited, Ontario
Land Surveyor, 3 Centre Street, Strathroy, Ontario dated November
16, 1988 (copy attached) which plan shows the boundaries of
Carlow Road (County Road #20) and boundaries of Part of Lot 11
and Lot 12, East of Carlow Road, Registered Plan #117, Village of
Port Stanley
