By-Law No. 90-57
"A BY-LAW TO AMEND THE BY-LAWS ADOPTING A PLAN OF COUNTY ROAD
IMPROVEMENT AND ESTABLISHING A COUNTY ROAD SYSTEM IN THE
COUNTY OF ELGIN UNDER THE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT ACT."
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County
of Elgin enacts as By-Law No. 90-57 as follows:
l. The Schedule to Establishing By-Law No. 85-27 and
Amending By-Law No. 89-40 is further amended by:
By-Law No. 85-27
( 1) Removing therefrom the Road on Plan Number 56-1 known as
County Road No. 56.
By-Law No. 89-40
(2 ) Removing therefrom the Road on Plan Number 30-1-R-89 known
as County Road No. 30.
(3 ) Removing therefrom the Road on Plan Number 34-1-R-89 known
as County Road No. 34.
(4 ) Removing therefrom the Road on Plan Number 301-1-R-89
known as County Road No. 30l.
(5 ) Removing therefrom the Road on Plan Number 302-1-R-89
known as County Road No. 302.
2. The Schedule to Establishing By-Law No. 85-27, is
amended by adding thereto the following Roads:
(1 ) On Plan Number 30-1-R-90 to be known as County Road No.
30.
(2 ) On Plan Number 34-1-R-90 to be known as County Road No.
34.
( 3) On Plan Number 56-1-R-90 to be known as County Road No.
56.
3 . This By-Law shall come in force upon the date and to
the extent of the approval thereof by the Lieutenant Governor In
Council.
READ a first time this 23rd day of October, 1990.
READ a second time this 23rd day of October, 1990.
READ a third time and finally passed this 23rd day of October. 1990

Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1980, chapter
421, as amended, on July 18, His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor-
in-Council approved by-law No. 90-57 for the County of Elgin, to
amend the county road system by-law for the said County.
A copy of Order-in-Council No. 1629/91 and by-law with plans have
been attached for your records.
The cronoflex plans of the reduced plans are also
attached.
