BRANCH CLASSIFICATION
All branch libraries will be classified as "A" or "B". "A" class
libraries will be those libraries with an annual circulation of
over 30,000 volumes. As of this date, Aylmer, Port Stanley and
Dutton libraries would be classified in the "A" category.
Branch libraries will be reclassified (upward or downward) when a
circulation change in another category is sustained for two years
in a row. For example a "B" class branch library would be desig-
nated as an "A" class library if it sustains an annual level of
30,000 volumes over two consecutive twelve month periods. Branch
libraries could move from "A" to "B" if annual circulation falls
below 30,000 volumes over two consecutive twelve month periods
