By-Law No. 91-77
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE WARDEN AND THE CLERK TO SIGN A
LEASE WITH D. C. JACKSON REALTY CORP."
WHEREAS the Corporation of the County of Elgin wishes to
renew the lease for space in the Elgin County Administration
Building at 450 Sunset Drive, st. Thomas; and
WHEREAS D.C. Jackson Realty Corp. has agreed to renew the
lease for the area on the second floor of the said Administration
Building, under certain terms and conditions.
NOW THEREFORE the Warden and the Clerk are hereby author-
ized to sign a lease with D.C. Jackson Realty Corp. setting forth
the various conditions under which they will occupy space at 450
Sunset Drive, st. Thomas, for the period January 1st, 1992 to
December 31, 1993.
READ a first time this 12th day of December, 1991.
READ a second time this 12th day of December, 1991.
READ a third time and finally passed this 12th day of December, 1991
