By-Law No. 92-16
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT A PERSON TO CARRY OUT THE DUTIES OF THE
SECRETARY-TREASURER OF THE ELGIN COUNTY LAND DIVISION COMMITTEE
WHEN THE SAID SECRETARY-TREASURER IS UNABLE. FOR ANY REASON. TO
CARRY OUT HIS OR HER DUTIES"
WHEREAS the Elgin County Land Division has previously
requested that an alternate person be appointed to stamp deeds when
the Secretary-Treasurer of the Elgin County Land Division Committee
is not available.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. That Mrs. Sandra J. Heffren be and is hereby appointed to
carry out the duties of the Secretary-Treasurer of the Elgin County
Land Division Committee, when for any reason, the said Secretary-
Treasurer is unable to carry out his or her duties.
2. That By-Laws No. 2494 and 79-37 are hereby repealed.
3 . That this By-Law become effective upon passing.

READ a third time and finally passed this 30th day of March, 1992
